Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
